Gabriel has held a variety of roles within the higher education, strategic alliance and workforce development landscape over the last 15 years. Notably, Gabriel has developed and led corporate & government strategic alliances divisions where he worked closely with a number of Fortune 500 companies to identify solutions to address workforce needs, develop career-pathing platforms, and create competency frameworks. He is passionate about all facets of learning and has taken a specific interest in aligning higher education with the needs of employers in an effort to mitigate skill gaps, advance workforce initiatives, and most importantly, impact the lives of working adult students. Driven by that passion, Gabriel is pursuing a doctoral degree at Nor该astern University aimed at identifying effective methods for reducing skill gaps through innovative learning practices and modalities.
Andre Adams has been dedicated to advancing the careers of adult learners for over 20 years, in various capacities and roles, within higher education. He has constructed and continuously developed successful strategic alliances between corporations and higher education with a primary goal of supporting workforce development efforts through the delivery of innovative academic programs and services. His experience crafting alliances has crossed almost all disciplines and industries, with specific emphasis and history in business, information technology, nuclear power, and cybersecurity. Andre has committed his professional efforts to ensuring that underrepresented populations have equitable access to higher education and the various L&D opportunities that will support their personal and professional growth. He is passionate about leveraging his energetic personality, innovative thinking and proactive leadership skills to deliver exemplary solutions to organizations interested in fostering professional development opportunities for 该ir workforce.
